NPA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee

The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee (DEI) works to integrate cultural sensitivity and a commitment to diversity throughout the organizational and membership structures of the association, as well as the broader community of psychology in Nebraska. Within the association, the term “diversity” incorporates, but is not limited to, racial, ethnic, culture, national origin, sexual orientation, spirituality, disability, geography, socio-econmic, age, and/or gender differences. The Committee's efforts will be organization focused, promoting diversity within our SPTA as well as member and community focused. The DEI Committee currently meets via Zoom the third Friday of the month.
