Just an FYI… the following email was sent out from Kimberly Baker, Outreach Director and Call Center Manager, Automated Health Systems, with information about the upcoming Open Enrollment period for Heritage Health members. We just wanted to alert you that your medicaid clients will have the opportunity to make changes. The provided comparison chart is helpful and clinicians may want to review with their clients during this open enrollment period.
The Notice of Annual Enrollment letter has been sent to all Heritage Health members notifying them of the upcoming Open Enrollment period. We are now gearing up for our next round of mailings which is the Annual Open Enrollment packet. In this packet, we will provide members with the attached Annual Open Enrollment letter as well as the following materials:
The materials detail information about Open Enrollment and the avenues available to members who want to change health plans. Please note members choosing not to change health plans during Open Enrollment will remain in their existing Heritage Health plan without any action necessary on their part.
New this year is a dedicated webpage specific to Open Enrollment for plan year 2020. Please visit https://www.neheritagehealth.com/home/openenrollment for detailed information. This page is also available in Spanish.
Outreach efforts continue to progress quickly as we move toward the November 1 – December 15, 2019 Open Enrolment for Heritage Health members. I will continue to share additional information and alert you to additional outreach efforts.
If your members have question and would like to speak to a Choice Counselor, they may call 1-888-255-2605, Monday-Friday, 7 am CT-7 pm CT.
Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any questions.
