Jana N. Martin, PhD,  an experienced licensed psychologist and business leader, has worked in various settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, independent practice, universities and private educational institutions, and non-profit and for-profit businesses. Her roles have included serving as Chief Psychologist, Professor, Keynote Speaker, Author, President, Director, Board member, Board Chair, Volunteer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Martin has successfully created, developed, and grown many programs, partnerships, and businesses. She recently retired as CEO of The American Insurance Trust and now serves as a Senior Executive Consultant for businesses and associations in areas of leadership, board, and business development. She also enjoys public speaking on a variety of topics.
